The last week

Den meeting at a local park, we learned about marbles & how to play.
Nico decided they needed a hopscotch so he drew out some shapes & numbers up to 12.

The closing ceremony of the den meeting .... scout pledge & salute.

Saturday night was Scout night with the Tampa Bay Lightening..cheap tickets for $20 included a hot dog, a soft drink & a cool scout patch.

Henry decided the floor space under the chair was the best spot to sit. He did not like the noise & the height at first. After 30mins or so he settled down and asked for cotton candy.
Only picture of me from the game.
The cool patch.

My little Monsters

This boy can not be serious for a second.

A card made with leftover scraps from Fancy Pants Rough & Tumble papers. Love those cute...yea cute thunderbolts & clouds.
One page using some transparencies & ribbon.
A chipboard book made by Ziage, inked the white pages with Distress colours & covered the plain chipboard with papers from Sassafras Lass Monstrosity line.

I'm so glad I picked up the 7 Gypsies "Disclaimer" stamp set, lots & lots of disclaimers.

Another chipboard book this time by Maya Road - Large Gear book. All Sassafras Lass papers, stickers & diecuts.
I painted the chipboard shapes with paint and inked the edges with black cateye ink.

Finally

It's been crazy around here the last few weeks: new den leader, lots of scrappin'-for-hire, projects for the doodle and lunch dates.

Water shots for an afternoon at the Y poolpark. Nico loves to swim and finally can touch the bottom with his feet. Henry swims down to the bottom and touches with his hands.

We had to set up the tent in the living room- found a great bargain tent at the sports store.

Henry trying on his uniform for the first time.

The traveling turtle arrived safe & smelly at my door. He has a new large home in a fish tank and is feed live fish. Thankfully not in my house.
Beautiful moth outside my door, it was bigger than the palm of my hand.
Henry chatting with his pre-k teacher while waiting for cub scouting meeting to start.

Mr. no-fashion-sense-just-like-his-momma dressed for a trip to the store.
